How you get your order
We're a small friends-and-family shop, so there's no mail carrier and no shipping fee — ever. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we'll reach out to set up whichever works best for you:
- Hand delivery — we bring it to you locally.
- Pickup — grab it from us at a time that's easy for you.
What it costs
Nothing. Hand delivery and pickup are both always free — no order minimum, nothing to unlock.
Your address
We ask for an address at checkout so we know where to hand-deliver. Picking up instead? Leave it blank or just say so in your order notes — either way, we'll sort out the details with you directly.
Timing
We'll message you to arrange delivery or pickup, usually within a day or two of confirming payment. Need it by a certain date? Mention it in your order notes or reach out via the contact page and we'll do our best.
Changes
Need to change where or how you get your order? Just message us — nothing's out of our hands until it's literally in yours.
