All measurements are of the garment laid flat, in inches. To find your size, compare against a t-shirt you already love.

Fit notes: Most pieces run true-to-size with a slightly relaxed cut. Oversized styles run roomy on purpose — size down if you want a closer fit. Cropped styles have a shorter body length by ~2".
Ordering & Payment
How do I pay?
At checkout you'll see three options: PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. Pick one and the payment app opens with the total prefilled. We never see or store your card or bank info.
Why don't you take cards directly?
Short answer: liability. We'd rather let PayPal/Venmo/Cash App handle the security of card data than build that ourselves. It also keeps fees lower for us, which keeps prices lower for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Before it's delivered or picked up, yes — just message us with your order number. After you've received it, you'd start a return instead.
Do you offer gift cards or wrapping?
Gift cards are on the way. For gift wrapping, just leave a note at checkout — we'll throw in a kraft wrap and a hand-tied twine bow at no charge.
Delivery & Pickup
How do I get my order?
Everything is hand-delivered locally or picked up — and it's always free. Once your payment is confirmed we'll reach out to arrange whichever is easiest for you. See our delivery & pickup page for details.
How fast will I get it?
We'll message you to set up delivery or pickup, usually within a day or two of confirming payment. Need it by a certain date? Leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best.
How do I check my order status?
Use our order lookup page any time — just enter your email and order number. Your receipt email also has a link to your order.
Damaged or Wrong Item
My order arrived damaged. What now?
That's on us, not you. Message us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
What if I got the wrong item?
Same thing — reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right. All other sales are final, so please double-check size and color before completing checkout.
Care & Materials
How do I wash these so they last?
Cold water, inside-out, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry — heat is what shortens the life of cotton. Skip the bleach. Most of our pieces look better after 5 washes than they do new.
What are these made of?
Mostly 100% cotton (mid-weight, ~6 oz). A few of our heavier crewnecks are an 80/20 cotton-poly blend for shape retention. Specific composition is listed on each product page.
Will the colors fade?
Our garment-dyed pieces are designed to soften and develop a lived-in look over time. They don't fade harshly with proper care — they age, which is the whole point.
